Warranty

• Life time guarantee means eighteen years from the date of purchase of Al Ahmad Fan.
• Guarantee is valid only for Al Ahmad Fans purchased after 01-04-1994 bearing identification Code.
• Guarantee is valid only if the fan stops working due to burning out of motor. In such case only the fan motor will be replaced.
• If the fan has stopped working due to any other reason (including but not limited to capacitor or bush failure), then fan is to be repaired by our service centers, Free of Charge for the first one year and after that on buyer’s expense.
• Guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear.
• Guarantee does not cover any fault or damage resulting from accident, attempted repair,mishandling or negligence on the part of the customer.
• Guarantee does not cover the breakage of any part (plastic or metal) of the fan.
• Guarantee does not cover the burning out of motor due water seepage into the motor.
• Life time guarantee is only valid if the fan is purchased from an Authorized Dealer.
• Claim must be accompanied by the original Life time Guarantee card and/or purchase receipt by the dealer duly filled in, signed and stamped by the authorized dealer.
• Disputes, if any, shall have jurisdiction of courts at Gujrat.

The motor of the Washing Machine carries Six years warranty from the date of purchase. However the guarantee does not cover the burning out of the motor due to the water seepage into the motor. To avail the guarantee /warranty, the customer must provide the original warranty card/ Purchase invoice while launching the complaint.

The customer of Al Ahmad Washing Machine is eligible for one year warranty from the date of purchase. The company is responsible to repair the washing machine FREE OF CHARGE during the warranty period for any manufacturing defect. The warranty, however, will be ineffective if fault occurred is due to the negligence, mishandling (not using the machine according to the laid down instructions on the brochure provided with machine) & the accidental damage.

The customer of Al Ahmad Room Cooler is eligible for one year warranty from the date of purchase. This guarantee covers the Exhaust Fan & the water Pump of the cooler. The company is responsible to repair the cooler FREE OF CHARGE during the warranty period for any manufacturing defect.

The guarantee does not cover the burning out of the fan motor due to the water seepage. To avail the guarantee/warranty, the customer must provide the original warranty card/ Purchase invoice while launching the complaint.
